After we confirm the best project order, we’ll send the matching e-sign agreement. Once the agreement and payment are both complete, we can officially move into kickoff and begin the work.

If a signed agreement is not completed when required, we may not be able to start the project and may issue a refund or request the missing agreement before moving forward. Some smaller or previously discussed projects, such as certain tiny/quick tasks, may not require a separate agreement when FireLizard confirms that in advance.

Agreement + Payment Policy
Most project packages require both the matching e-sign agreement and payment before kickoff can begin. If payment is submitted but a required agreement is not completed, FireLizard may pause the project, request the missing agreement, or issue a refund when we cannot move forward. Tiny, quick, or previously discussed projects may not require a separate agreement when FireLizard confirms that in advance. Once kickoff begins under an agreement, purchases are generally non-refundable, but we will still work toward a fair resolution when appropriate.
